New users availabilities
In the new version of the app, we have consolidated all the functionalities for managing user availability into a single menu item called "Availabilities".
Mobile
Change for "Groups and Areas" - "Time frame": the new "Availabilities" menu
"Time frame" is a functionality that enables a rescuer to give availability according to time, area and group.
In case you have the module activated, in the last version of Momentum, in the 'Settings' menu you had a section 'Groups and areas' and the 'Time frame' section.
Now you will have the 'Availabilities' menu in the 'Settings' menu ('Availabilities' takes the place of 'Time frame' and 'Groups and areas'), 'Groups and areas' will be only within the 'Availabilities', so that they are managed in one place and simplified for you.
Show the card "How to use"
- The new Availabilities section shows an 'How to use' card that gives you some useful information related this functionality, so you can know how to use the feature. You can close this card tapping on the "X" button.
Show the 'Alerting status' info card
- When the Availabilities list is shown and the alerting switch is turned off, you will see an "Alerting off" card at the top of the screen, informing you that the alerting is off and you won't be alerted.
Availability List
- All the availabilities added by you are saved and visible in this view.
- You will see a card for each Availability saved and configured.
"You have not yet set any availability" message
- When you open the Availabilities section, if you don't have configured any availability, a message will appear: "You have not yet set any availability"
Create a new Availability
- The "Add availability" button at the bottom of the view gives you the possibility to add and configure a new availability.
- The "Add availability" button is automatically hidden if you don't have the possibility to add a new availability.
- In order to add a new availability, you first have to select the desired group, then the areas and finally the time-slot desired. All this information will be saved in a single Availability card.
- In the "Group" selection component, now you can select one or more groups: an icon will show the groups selected.
- Pressing the "Select" button at the bottom of the view, you will confirm your selection.
- When you configure the time slot section, a default set of the availabilities days and time is already configured, with the "All Day" option enabled by default.
Delete an Availability
- In the Availability section, when you have already configured at least one availability, you can delete it simply entering in the edit of this availability and pressing the "Delete" button at the bottom left of the availability detail (with a red text and icon).
- A confirmation alert with a message will appear, to give you the possibility to confirm the deletion or cancel this action.
